October 3, 2025 @ Veterans and Guardians arrive by 9:00am
Everyone is to arrive at airport by 9:00am
- Veterans can be dropped off at the “Curbside Check-In” area.
- There will be HFDFW folks there to direct to our staging area.
- Your driver can park in airport garages or at Parking Spot 2.
8:00am - 9:00am Receive ticket, tag luggage, final mission briefing, enjoy kolaches, donuts and coffee.
